Audiences Unlimited is thrilled to celebrate with Dan Ross in his new position as President and CEO of Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne! A longtime advocate for the arts, Ross succeeds Susan Mendenhall in the leadership role.

We may be biased, but we can’t think of anyone more qualified for the position, especially given Ross’ 35+ years of experience in arts administration, nonprofit management, fund development, arts advocacy, and performance operations. Did we mention his 13 years with Arts United, most recently as Vice President of Community Development, and his work as General Manager and Interim Executive Director at the Fort Wayne Philharmonic?

Not only does Ross bring decades of experience in organizational leadership, artist and
administrative personnel management, and program operations to the table; he is also a
longtime advocate for diversity and inclusion in the arts world.

We look forward to partnering with Arts United as we continue to help them achieve their
mission of advancing arts and culture by mobilizing resources to elevate our community’s
